Salary and Benefits

1. Monthly Salary:

A monthly salary of RMB6,000 is offered on the basis of the teaching load of 16 hours per week for a full month (exclusive of travel and prepartion time). Up to 4 extra hours with an extra pay of RMB100 per extra hour is required in case of needs.

 

2. Travel Cost Reimbursement:

Teachers working full-time for a school year are eligible for reimbusement of one round trip or two single trips as specified below:

          - For an international round-trip, the reimbursement is up to RMB8,000;

          - For a domestic round-trip, the reimbursement is up to RMB4,000;

          - For an international single-trip, the reimbursement is upt to RMB4,000;

          - For a domestic single-trip, the reimbursement is up to RMB2,000.

 

3. Insurance Coverage:

Our program office provides teachers with an accident insurance with a coverage of up to RMB100,000, effective within 30 days upon arrival. Teachers are responsible for their health insurance and medical costs during their stay in China.

 

4. Airport/Train Station Pickup:

With timely arrival information, our staff will meet new teachers at Beijing Capital International Airport or Beijing Railway Station and take them to their apartments.
